                       Research Request Policy

Root Cellar Sacramento Genealogical Society is happy to research the Sacramento County area, California records for members and non-members alike. If your search request is out of our area, we will recommend the proper contacts. Our resources include but not limited to cemetery records, city directories, mortuaries, local histories, newspapers, and some prison records.

The fee for initiating research is $20.00 which includes two hours of research. More............

There is a Research Request Form to print out, fill in and mail in. Please be patient, out volunteers give freely of their time and expertise to support our efforts for you. If you have a genealogical interest in our are,m we hope that you will take advantage of our resources. We are always happy to help in your research...........
